We’re here to help
Check the common questions below, or email us and we’ll get back to you.
Where is my data stored?
On your devices, and in your iCloud via CloudKit when sync is on. We don’t run Force Curve servers that hold your workouts.
Mac and iPhone aren’t syncing
Use the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled on both. Open Profile — it should say iCloud, not Local only. Give CloudKit a minute after logging a set, and check Settings → Apple ID → iCloud if needed.
Siri doesn’t find Force Curve
Open the app once after install. Say the app name in the phrase (e.g. “in Force Curve”). You can also add the shortcuts from the Shortcuts app. See the Siri guide.
Add Exercise opens on Heavy instead of Speed / Power
Update to the latest build — the picker should match the quality you started. If it still mis-fires, email us with your iOS version.
How do I log elliptical or other machines?
Open the Cardio tab → Log Manually, then choose Elliptical (or another machine). Outdoor GPS is for run / bike / swim.
Can I reset local data?
Profile includes a local reset. If iCloud sync is on, CloudKit may restore sessions — turn that off first if you want a clean wipe on one device.
