Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
The short version: Force Curve has no accounts on our servers. Your training data stays on your device and, when enabled, in your own iCloud. We don’t track you for ads or sell your data.
1. Who this applies to
This policy describes how the Force Curve app (“Force Curve”, “we”, Recon6 Studios) handles information on iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac.
2. Data stored on your devices
Workouts, sets, templates, profile preferences, cardio sessions, and related training data are stored on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData).
- iCloud sync (optional / automatic when available): Data may sync through Apple CloudKit to your private iCloud container associated with your Apple ID, so Mac and iPhone can share the same library.
- We do not operate Force Curve backend servers that receive or store your workouts.
3. Location
If you use outdoor GPS cardio, Force Curve accesses location while a session is active to record distance, pace, and route. That data stays with the session on your device / iCloud. Manual machine logging (e.g. elliptical) does not require location.
4. Siri & App Intents
When you use Siri or Shortcuts to start a workout or log a set, those actions write to the same on-device (and iCloud) store as the app. Apple processes speech according to Apple’s policies; we do not receive your voice recordings.
5. What we don’t do
- No Force Curve user accounts or passwords on our servers.
- No advertising SDKs, no selling personal data.
- No analytics that upload your lift history to Recon6.
