Privacy Policy

The short version: FastStack Supplements has no app account of its own. Your supplement, water, and fasting data stays on your devices and can sync via your Apple iCloud. We don’t sell your data or run advertising trackers in the app.

1. Who this applies to

This policy describes how the FastStack Supplements app (“FastStack”, “we”, “us”), published by Recon6 Studios / Michael Simms, handles information on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. By using FastStack, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect and how it’s stored

Information you enter or generate in the app may include:

Supplement details (names, doses, schedules, inventory notes)
Dose logs (taken, skipped) and adherence history
Water logs and daily water goals
Fasting techniques, sessions, and related reminders preferences
App settings such as meal times and appearance

This data is stored on your device using Apple’s frameworks (SwiftData). When iCloud is enabled for the app, it may sync through your own private iCloud (CloudKit) associated with your Apple ID. On a paired iPhone and Apple Watch, data may also be shared via an App Group on those devices.

We do not operate a FastStack user account system or our own database of your logs. We cannot browse your supplement history on our servers.

3. Notifications

With your permission, FastStack can send local notifications for dose reminders and optional fasting start/finish reminders. Notification content stays on your device. You can revoke notification access in system Settings at any time.

4. Network services you may trigger

Apple iCloud / CloudKit — optional sync and storage under your Apple ID. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
NIH DSLD (Dietary Supplement Label Database) — if you search for product labels while adding a supplement, a request may be sent to the public DSLD API to retrieve publicly available label information. That lookup is initiated by you; we do not sell search data.

5. What we don’t do

No FastStack login or password of our own
No advertising SDKs or sale of your personal health-style logs
No tracking you across other companies’ apps for ads

6. Data you choose to export or share

FastStack lets you export data as CSV. When you export, the file is created on your device and you decide where it goes (for example, the system share sheet). Anything you share after exporting is under your control and outside the scope of this policy.

7. Children’s privacy

FastStack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on our own servers.

8. Your control & deletion

Delete supplements and logs in the app at any time. To remove app data entirely, delete the app and, if desired, remove FastStack data from iCloud in your device settings. Because we don’t host your log database, there is nothing on our servers to erase on request beyond ordinary site/email correspondence.

9. This website

Pages on recon6studios.app may be served via standard web hosting (e.g. Cloudflare). Hosts may log typical request metadata (IP, user agent). That is separate from data inside the FastStack app.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will show a new “Last updated” date here. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
